Not often does an author grab his audience's attention at the first sentence; however, Harlan Coben never fails to construct a plot where it sinks its teeth into you. As expected, The Strangers is a hook, line, and sinker that carries you into an American Dream where a stranger shatters the world of the protagonist, Adam.
